Winterization

Winterization is an important service the state of Georgia where the temperature can fall below the point of freezing. This service can include, but would not necessary be limited to: draining water heaters, using an air compressor to clear water from plumbing lines and to test that the lines can hold pressure, applying anti-freeze (propylene glycol) to drains, traps, sinks and commodes, and covering/taping off and applying signs to these areas to prevent accidental use.  This service is necessary to prevent freeze damage to a property.
